The ALIGNMENT


The alignment is a private guided emotional release breath-work session, elaborated from the Holotropic method and ancient meditation practices.
It helps you reach the deep inner core of yourself, and release trapped emotions from your body.
The session includes gentle movements, sound vibrations, visualizations, aroma, light touch, and verbal guidance, and can be helpful for any person who is looking to release emotional blockages, connect with themselves and ignite self-love, increase mental clarity in a fast and effective way, and align body, mind, and soul.

We grow up learning to “tough up”, so most of the times emotions get suppressed and buried deep inside, forming a disrupt energy that gets manifested in different dimensions of our life, the physical, the mental and the emotional, and affects our thought process and behavioral patterns, our mood, our perception of the world, and our ability to perceive the world with an open heart. 

The longer we leave these energetic condensations untouched and unhealed, the wider their manifestations spread to include chronic stress, chronic pain, muscular contractions, anxiety, weak immune system and unhealthy thought patterns.
