The Alignment is a trauma-focused breathwork session that guides you into deep connection with your emotional body. Using specific breathing frequencies and varying rhythms, slight somatic movement, and aromatherapy, this journey supports the release of stored tension and trauma—not through conscious effort, but through the breath itself.
It’s a powerful, guided experience designed to help you safely access and integrate suppressed emotions, restoring clarity, presence, and a deeper sense of wholeness

Most of us grow up learning to “toughen up,” to hide our emotions and keep moving. Over time, those unexpressed feelings get buried deep in the body, forming blocks—disruptions in our emotional and energetic flow that subtly (and sometimes not so subtly) affect our physical health, mental clarity, emotional resilience, and even how we connect with others.
When left untouched, this stuck energy can manifest as chronic stress, tension, pain, anxiety, low immunity, and looping thought patterns that keep us feeling stuck.
