Rewire new perspectives
Micro-dosing is the practice of taking a small, sub-hallucinogenic dose of a psychedelic substance (Psilocybin mushrooms and LSD are the most common ones) as an alternative approach to personal transformation, creativity, and mental health.
Today, intentional micro-dosing is being practiced by following already existing protocols or suggesting new ones, and applying integration practices in order to anchor and incorporate what is being learned, felt, or created into one’s daily life.
My experience with Micro-dosing started in 2011, the day I thought that a “very light” dose of LSD might offer me the same “nature of feeling" as when taking a moderate dose, but way less intense.
In other words, less trippy and more inspired.
This was the start of a long journey of exploration, experiments, learning, and working with individuals and teams, that is still going on until this day.
I followed existing protocols to then create my own, worked with individuals integrating micro-dosing into their self-transformation journey and/or mental health care process, and created personalized coaching programs for teams and entrepreneurs.
Today, my 1:1, and team coaching programs do not necessarily entail micro-dosing. However, the possibility to explore micro-dosing for self-transformation, barriers identification, Team management, and increased creativity is always an option!
What do I offer ?
