My breath
is my anchor
How I got here ?
I was 17 when I first stepped onto the path of healing. After growing up with some heavy experiences, I found myself burnt out on every level—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I tried the usual routes: talk therapy, numbing strategies, and distractions. But nothing really touched the core.
Then a close friend suggested I try a Holotropic breathwork session. That one session was the catalysator. For the first time, I felt something shift—a deep sense of release, safety, and connection I hadn’t felt in years. It was like my body had been holding its breath my whole life, and finally exhaled.
That moment sparked a lifelong curiosity. I started learning everything I could about the breath—its anatomy, its link to the nervous system, emotions, fascia, organs… I dove into both the science and the mystery of it.
Meanwhile, I studied communication arts and spent over a decade working in the film industry.
In 2012, I set out on a journey of exploration and creativity—one that would change the course of my life. I co-founded a media collective called Triple One Productions and began documenting stories that connected people and cultures. That journey led me deep into the rainforests of Cameroon, where I lived for almost a year with a Pygmy tribe, learning from their way of life and their medicinal plants, and reconnecting with something raw and essential.
After that, I traveled to the Himalayan region of northern India, where I immersed myself in both Tibetan and Indian traditions. Over the course of seven years, I lived, studied, and practiced—diving deeper into breathwork, meditation, and the subtle energetic practices that still shape my work today.
That time allowed me to weave together everything I was learning—from filmmaking to breathwork, from the power of storytelling to the inner transformation that happens through the body. What began as a creative journey slowly evolved into a personal path of healing, learning, and ultimately, sharing.
And I still love Art!
I still LOVE art
in all its forms and will always do, and I still dedicate a part of my time to creating, filming, writing, painting, and sculpting as I believe these are forms of personal growth through self-expression and mind expansion. However, I now dedicate the biggest part of my time to workshops, working with individuals and teams, forming part of their personal and professional transformation, through 1 on 1 and team coaching, personalized breathwork programs, Microdosing, Art therapy, and transformational workshops.
