WHAT IS COACHING?

A coach is a supportive and creative friend and advisor, who is willing to think with you about your things.


In other words, a coach is a person who is trained to help people and/or organizations to become their very best, and to achieve things efficiently and more effectively than they would alone; which is why life coaching isn’t just for the best entrepreneurs, performers or athletes, musicians, politicians or indeed, individuals who are passing through a supposed mid-life crisis, instead, it is for anybody who realized a gap between who they are and who they would like to be, and got to the realization that an extra impartial set of eyes, add on it a fresh perspective, leadership development skills, and a touch of common sense, will bring out of them the best version of themselves.

The difference between life coaching

 and conventional therapy:


Life coaching is mainly focused on your present and your future; it accepts your current reality and looks to improve your outcome moving forward, so it is an action-oriented approach; Most conventional therapies, however, focus on your past, delving into past actions and patterns to diagnose you, and are mainly analytical.

My mission is all about working hand in hand, with you, to clarify your challenges and provide you with personalized tools that help you reach your objective, effectively and efficiently, integrating personal development into your daily life.

Online coaching:


Coaching online allows me to work with people from different sides of the world.

It allows me to share what I have learned and what I have been doing face-to-face, with any individual who is self-motivated and committed to their personal growth, by creating for them an atmosphere of openness, warmth, and total non-judging wherever they feel most at ease – in their living room, in the office or simply on their couch!

Each of us holds an infinite ocean of potential and possibilities within, which is why my coaching programs are usually crafted

and personalized based on the unique needs and vision of the person, and upon knowing the person a bit through a 15-minute phone call (free of charge), and finding out what they would like to achieve.


If we both think that we can work together, we'll set a time for the first session.


                         How does it work?


Through the first session, I will assess how many sessions we will need to reach the objectives that we'll set, based on the destination you want to reach.


I have elaborated what I call the 4C strategy, which lays the groundwork for our mission together.


1) CLEARING THE FOG


I believe that a lot of talent and energy is wasted not for lack of effort, but lack of direction.


You might be feeling that something feels “wrong” in your life, or that life is fine but something is missing, a sense of security or belonging, a meaning, a value, or even just some fun; or maybe you just transitioned from one life stage to another and you are not quite sure how to integrate the experience in your daily life.


Through what I call “Clearing the Fog” we can look together at the situation and create a stronger sense of who and where you are NOW, and how you want the near future to be.


2) CREATING THE VISION


As a coach, my duties are to look with you and identify some of the outcomes you want to see and experience shortly.


By Creating the vision, we will be breaking down those goals into achievable and motivating milestones and setting these milestones by priorities, this way Going forward doesn’t feel hard and you’ll be able to see constant results.


3) CUSTOMIZED ACTION PLAN


An action plan is what is needed to reach any kind of objectives or goals, and by customizing a plan and adopting the right habits or/and leaving old dysfunctional ones, integrating different tools, and creating the right mindset, you will be able to reach the vision we have created.


My job in this part of the journey is to help you introduce new perspectives into your life, new behaviors, and new ways to increase your productivity and well-being.


4) CURRENT POSITION ASSESSMENT


As I prefer to work with self-motivated people, I will never apply any pressure in any phase of the process, and I’ll guide you to evaluate your progress by yourself, following a system put together by both of us, for you to keep track of your progress.

Many people think of communication simply as a verbal process, a direct way of getting your message across to others.


However, in order to communicate freely, you have to be familiar with your fears and capacities, and definitely your body language or non-verbal communication like your facial expressions and body movements that usually convey around 90% of the emotional sense of what you are trying to express.

     Mastering your communication skills doesn’t necessarily mean becoming a public speaker

– though it might lead there!


By working together, we will not focus on “How to ACT in public in order to be well interpreted” even though I know for a fact that making eye contact, being concise, modulating your voice pitch, and other techniques can help you achieve a certain level of “performance” in your personal and professional life, but my way of approaching the topic focuses mainly on you as a unique individual and follows a personalized plan that we’ll elaborate together for you to explore a higher potential in expressing yourself; and then it’s up to you to take it on the stage level or just use it in your daily life as a powerful tool that makes you reflect your ideas in a better way
