At the age of 17, I decided to embark on a journey of self-discovery after being physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually tired, and upon realizing the gap between who I am behind the closed doors and who I am in public. I could speak passionately about positivity, compassion and the law of attraction, but found myself struggling applying it in my personal life.
Prior to embarking on the healing journey, and in order to “ameliorate” my state of mind, I tried different methods like talking therapies, medicine, numbing my feelings, dedicating a big part of my time to social media in order to receive social feedback, I even tried to suppress my emotions trying to forget them. What I discovered is that all what I was trying to do was just projecting my fears and pain onto every person around me, any situation and even on my own self.
The journey to healing was never a task to be completed upon reaching a final line, instead, it felt like a subtle process of slowly but effectively shedding and peeling thin layers, a satisfying process that consisted of taking the broken pieces with love and care and joining them together, the way I felt it works best for me, and all of that has started during a revealing breath-work session.

VERBAL GUIDANCE
Through verbal guidance you will be able to dive through your true self to release what doesn't
serve you anymore and replace it with the right affirmations.
Different aromas have different effects on the chemistry of the body; They alleviate tensions and activate specific areas of the brain and they are used to set the general tone of the session.
The session includes very light movements that help the flow of air and energy through the whole body.
